The dynamic Regional Chairman, Mr. Michael Aidoo, also known as Big Aidoo, has led the Western North Regional Executives of the National Democratic Congress on a constituencies campaign tour.
The tour was aimed among others, to connect with the people to explain the flagship policies of the party towards the Dec.7th elections and the need why the Ndc should be voted into power to salvage the hardships confronting Ghanaians.
The people were also given the opportunity to address their problems and how such problems could be solved.
The tour entered week two in the Suaman Constituency which followed the 5 days vigorous community engagements and house to house campaign in the Akontombra constituency for the week one.
The first day however began with an entry meeting between the Regional Executives, Constituency Executives and zonal coordinators.
This meeting was to set the stage for the campaign tour in the constituency and to discuss strategies for reaching out to the constituents.
It also provided an opportunity for the executives to ensure a unified messages.
To maximize the impact of the campaign tour, the team formed three groups to conduct house-to-house campaigning in Suiano, Gyampokrom, Kwabenakrom,* and Yerepemso.
These groups were tasked with engaging with the constituents and explaining the NDC’s 2024 key campaign policies.
The house-to-house campaigning allowed the executives to connect with the people on a personal level.
