Nana Dwaabo ll, Chief of Wassa Essaman, in the Wassa East district of the Western region, has refuted claims that he has never distooled her queen Mother Nana Manua Mehunu Hann II.
This comes after the alleged that, the queen mother is alleged to have compiled and submitted the names of 14 knowledgeable opinion leaders in the community to a spiritualist believed to be a juju man to charm them so that they would always submit themselves to her orders and commands.
Speaking in an interview with the media the accused queen mother Nana Manua Mehunu Hann II outrightly, refuted the allegations of being dethroned saying that the allegations are false calculated by some faceless elements just to soil her hard won reputation.
Meanwhile a section of residents in Wasa Essaman have warned perpetrators to desist from tarnishing the image of the community.
Defending that Nana Hemaa is not dethroned as she remains as the popular queen mother for the town.
